Professional consulting rooms for rent

If you are a therapist looking to start or expand your private practice in Melbourne CBD, we have two beautiful, comfortable and welcoming rooms available for your professional needs.

Both rooms are larger than average consulting rooms you find in other clinics and they are suitable for psychologists, counsellors, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists, business or life coaches, dietitians and other similar types of consultants. They are not suitable for massage therapists, physiotherapists or other therapists who may require specific medical furniture such as therapy tables.

The rooms can be booked for full-days, half-days or just a few hours to suit your schedule, Monday to Friday.
Saturdays and/or Sundays can be arranged for therapists who also book one or more full-days during the week.


Suite 1012, Level 10, 530 Little Collins Street, Melbourne CBD, VIC 3000 ("The Exchange Tower");
Central location, very easy to access by public transport (Southern Cross train station in walking distance, and also tram stops close by on Burke Street and Collins Street);
A few coffee shops and cafes are located on the ground level, as well as many other shops, restaurants and banks nearby.

The space:

Two welcoming, fully-furnished professional rooms, each with large windows and plenty of natural light, air conditioning and Wi-Fi;
Inviting waiting area for clients, with bottled spring water available;
The rooms have been recently renovated, furnished and decorated;
The building and the rooms are easily accessible by wheelchair for elderly and physically disabled clients;

The system:

For casual/hourly bookings we have an Online Booking system that gives you maximum booking convenience 24/7;
You can book one or more consultation hours, from 60 days to 12 hours in advance;
For half-day and full day bookings, required days are agreed on initial registration and can be changed later on subject to availability.

The rent:

We offer quality rooms in a centrally located clinic, and very affordable fees:

  • * Full day (weekday)(9am-6pm): 125$ + GST;
  • * Half day (weekday) (9am-1pm or 2pm-6pm): 75$ + GST;
    Discounted rates are available if you book two or more full-days or half-days during a week. Contact us to enquire.
  • * Casual (weekday) (1 hour): 25$ + GST. Casual sessions available 8am-8pm.

Rent includes outgoings (electricity, air conditioning, water etc.) and access to Wi-Fi.
EFTPOS facilities are available for practitioners who do not have their own mobile EFTPOS machines. Fees may apply.

Terms and conditions:

- Users need to have professional registration with AHPRA or membership with a major association, e.g. APS, PACFA, CAPAV, EMDRAA;
-ABN, professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance are required, and a copy of these is to be made available to the practice manager on initial registration and upon request at any other time during the usage of the rooms;
-Rooms must only be used for purposes that are appropriate to the qualifications and registration of the user;
-Rooms must be left in a clean and tidy state. Lights must be turned off and the door left open when the room is not in use;
-Any damage to the rooms, including to walls, furniture, plants etc., either incurred by you or your clients, must be reported as soon as possible and paid for;
-You must show professional courtesy to other users and their clients. This includes vacating the room on time.
-Payments of accounts must be kept up to date. Late fees will be charged on overdue accounts, and access to rooms may be denied for unpaid accounts.
-Cancellation fees apply for casual room bookings cancelled (full fee for less than 24 hrs notice; 5$ + GST for more than one but less than 14 days notice; no fee for more than 14 days notice);
